02Eligibility

Access to y888com and the right to open an account are subject to the following eligibility conditions, each of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout membership:

• You must be accessing y888com from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not explicitly prohibited for individuals.
• You must be of sound mind and acting in your own capacity. You may not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or close relative of an employee of y888com or any of its technology partners involved in game development or odds compilation.
• You must not be a self-excluded Member who has an active exclusion period on y888com or any partner platform with which y888com shares self-exclusion data.

03Account Registration

3.1 Creating Your Account

To register with y888com, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password. Each person is permitted to hold only one registered account. y888com actively monitors for duplicate accounts and reserves the right to merge or close accounts where multiple registrations from the same individual are detected.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your y888com login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. y888com will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact y888com support immediately. The platform cannot be held responsible for losses that occur as a result of you sharing your login details voluntarily or negligently.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

y888com may require identity verification at any point during your membership, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when your account activity triggers an internal review. Acceptable KYC documents include:

• Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back
• Valid Pakistani passport — photo page
• Driver's Licence issued by a Pakistani provincial authority
• Proof of address — recent utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days

Withdrawals may be suspended until satisfactory KYC documents are provided and verified. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a request being made may result in account suspension.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your y888com account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed before final closure. y888com reserves the right to close or suspend accounts that breach these Terms, without prior notice in cases involving fraud, abuse, or suspected criminal activity.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

• JazzCash — mobile wallet
• NayaPay — digital wallet
• SadaPay — digital wallet
• IBFT Bank Transfer — all major Pakistani commercial banks
• Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. y888com does not charge any fee on deposits. Any applicable charges imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility. Deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to source.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit to your y888com account, or to a verified account in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal processing timeframes are as follows:

• IBFT Bank Transfer: within 24 hours
• Visa/Mastercard: 2–5 business days depending on issuing bank
• VIP Gold tier and above: priority processing within 15 minutes for mobile wallets

05Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses issued by y888com are subject to wagering requirements and additional conditions specified at the time the bonus is offered. y888com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Bonuses are only available to Members who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion's terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

y888com operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine recreational play, and coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, y888com reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings.

06Betting Rules

The following rules govern all sports and event betting placed at y888com. By placing any bet you confirm you have read and accept these rules.

• All bets are accepted at y888com's sole discretion. The platform reserves the right to limit, suspend, or refuse any bet without providing a reason.
• Once a bet is confirmed and the event has begun, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the required minimum play time, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the official result has already been determined.
• For cricket betting, y888com uses Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results as official where applicable. Matches that do not meet minimum overs for a DLS result are voided.
• In-play bets placed after an event outcome has been determined — due to data feed latency — may be voided at y888com's discretion.
• Maximum win limits apply across all betting products. These limits are published in the individual sport and market rules accessible within the betting section.
• All PSL and Pakistan international cricket betting at y888com is governed by the official results declared by the PCB and ICC respectively.

07Gaming Rules (Teen Patti, Ludo, Fishing Games)

All skill and chance-based games in the y888com gaming hall are governed by the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within each game interface:

• All gaming outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Results cannot be influenced by y888com, game providers, or players.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game session, y888com will resolve the round based on the last confirmed game state recorded on the server. The platform is not liable for disconnections caused by the Member's internet connection or device.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits are set for each game and room type. These are displayed before a Member enters any game session.
• Teen Patti tournaments and Ludo tournament prize pools are distributed in PKR immediately upon final result confirmation. Distribution terms for each tournament are displayed at the time of registration.
• Any technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round will result in that round being voided and stakes returned. Winnings from a malfunctioning round are not payable.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on y888com. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on y888com, whether under the same identity or different details
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the y888com platform
• Colluding with other Members during card games, Ludo matches, or any other competitive format
• Match-fixing or placing bets on events where you have privileged inside information about the outcome
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using y888com for money laundering purposes
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing y888com staff or other Members via any communication channel on the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to y888com support immediately

09Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount that the platform will enforce automatically
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which you will be automatically logged out

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without being able to reverse the decision during that period

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y888com's total liability to any Member in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. y888com is not liable for:

• Losses arising from the Member's own decisions to place bets or participate in games
• Interruptions to the service caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or factors outside y888com's reasonable control
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers
• Losses arising from the Member's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials
• Consequential, indirect, or punitive damages of any kind

y888com's liability for provably incorrect bet settlement caused by verified data feed errors is limited to refunding the stake of the affected bet. It does not extend to speculative lost winnings.

11Intellectual Property

All content on y888com — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of y888com or its licensed third-party providers. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any y888com content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of y888com intellectual property may result in legal action.

12Amendments to These Terms

y888com reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will:
